Expanded its business sphere to Special Products Headquarters in charge of designing, developing and manufacturing dedicated devices and general-purpose devices. |

Became an independent company J-Support Co, Ltd. with the aim of establishing an integrated production system. The range of integrated activities was from designing, developing, and manufacturing to sales. The independent J-Support Co, Ltd. also provided customers with a solid support system. |
| March 2004 |
Increased its capital to 10 million yen to become an incorporated company. |

In line with the completion of the new headquarters building, our address changed to Yanome in Tendo city. |
| December 2005 |
The second plant started its operation, becoming our machining department. |
| January 2008 |
A branch opened in Sendai, becoming our Sendai branch. |
| March 2011 |
After our Sendai branch temporarily closed due to the Great East Japan Earthquake, preparation for relocating it to the Kanto region started. |
| December 2012 |
Our Sendai branch was relocated to Kuki city in Saitama, becoming our Saitama branch. |
| February 2013 |
We acquired land in Tachiyagawa in Yamagata city where construction of our Tachiyagawa plant started. |
| August 2016 |
Our headquarters, main plant and the second plant moved to the Tachiyagawa plant and its operation started. The former headquarters has been used as a warehouse. (The registered address of our headquarters remains as Yanome in Tendo city.) |
